{"id":2071,"date":"2014-08-03T13:48:39","date_gmt":"2014-08-03T11:48:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hangingstars.com\/tbt\/?p=2071"},"modified":"2014-08-05T23:43:18","modified_gmt":"2014-08-05T21:43:18","slug":"walk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hangingstars.com\/tbt\/2014\/08\/03\/walk\/","title":{"rendered":"Walk On"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p>[El desierto muestra su cara m\u00e1s \u00e1spera estos primeros d\u00edas de agosto&#8230; El calor es muy intenso y las sombras muy preciadas a estas alturas de la traves\u00eda&#8230; La arena se mantiene inm\u00f3vil, sin brizna alguna de viento que la remueva de alguna forma&#8230; De pronto, uno de los asistentes, sentado en la primera fila, percibe que tiene algo singular en su superficie&#8230; Se levanta de su butaca y se acerca al l\u00edmite del escenario para comprobarlo con certeza&#8230; Entonces se lo indica al resto de sus acompa\u00f1antes&#8230; Es cierto; toda la arena aparece con pisadas de huellas; absolutamente toda&#8230; No hay metro cuadrado de ese desierto que muestre el aspecto virgen que deber\u00edan tener unas tierras tan inh\u00f3spitas&#8230; Al instante el protagonista salta a escena y pone al p\u00fablico en claro lo que est\u00e1 sucediendo&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>-Hoy es un d\u00eda muy especial&#8230; Desde hace un a\u00f1o empec\u00e9 a caminar&#8230; Realmente empec\u00e9 algo antes, pero por entonces no llev\u00e9 el registro, as\u00ed que considero que es hoy cuando se cumple el aniversario&#8230; Era un momento en que quise empezar a cambiar las cosas que me rodeaban, e inici\u00e9 esos cambios conmigo mismo&#8230; Por aquel entonces empezaba con mucha ilusi\u00f3n&#8230; Me compr\u00e9 unas zapatillas con no demasiada convicci\u00f3n, porque no ten\u00eda claro si aquella inversi\u00f3n me iba a ser rentable&#8230; Pero lo importante es que lo hice, junto con camisetas y dem\u00e1s equipo para caminar&#8230; Y empec\u00e9&#8230; Al principio, s\u00f3lo los domingos&#8230; Ahora tres veces a la semana&#8230; Por aquel entonces, s\u00f3lo caminando&#8230; Ahora ya combinando la marcha con la carrera&#8230; Y es evidente que he conseguido mi prop\u00f3sito&#8230; He cambiado&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><center><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/hangingstars.com\/tbt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/IMG_20140803_152512.jpg\" alt=\"bambas\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2079\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hangingstars.com\/tbt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/IMG_20140803_152512.jpg 640w, https:\/\/hangingstars.com\/tbt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/IMG_20140803_152512-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hangingstars.com\/tbt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/IMG_20140803_152512-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Desde ese d\u00eda, ha recorrido 704&#8217;85 kil\u00f3metros, aunque han quedado muchos trayectos en la ciudad sin registrar, y estoy seguro que se podr\u00edan sumar 100 m\u00e1s tranquilamente&#8230; Las zapatillas han pisado el asfalto de calles conocidas, pero tambi\u00e9n de un parque de Madrid en el inicio de estas caminatas y de M\u00e1laga&#8230; Muchos recuerdos&#8230; Bonitos y tristes&#8230;<br \/>\nCaminar me aporta una desconexi\u00f3n con el mundo que me rodea casi inmediata. Salgo muy temprano, en invierno ni siquiera ha salido el sol, y mientras espero a tener cobertura de GPS, empiezo a mentalizarme sobre algo que me preocupa o alg\u00fan recuerdo que me est\u00e1 sobreviniendo&#8230; Entonces me pongo los auriculares y, a partir de ese momento, me dejo llevar&#8230; Y camino&#8230;<br \/>\nY aunque a veces vuelven a aparecer pensamientos que no me benefician, tambi\u00e9n lo hacen ideas sobre relatos o sobre la novela, o percibo algo que acabo fotografiando, o intento disfrutar de la energ\u00eda del sol que va apareciendo&#8230; Es algo que hasta ese momento no sab\u00eda aprovechar, pero cuando est\u00e1s en la oscuridad necesitas alguna luz que te alumbre el camino&#8230; Y lo cierto es que despu\u00e9s de la ducha, y con la alegr\u00eda de haber puesto una piedra m\u00e1s en mi constancia, el d\u00eda se ve con otros ojos&#8230; <\/p>\n<p>Incluso en los peores d\u00edas, con el fr\u00edo y la amenaza de lluvia, o con las tormentas de recuerdos en la cabeza y las noches sin dormir, he salido a caminar&#8230; Y estoy muy orgulloso de ello&#8230; Durante esas ma\u00f1anas en que era dif\u00edcil hacerlo, en mi mente sonaba esta canci\u00f3n que os presento como otro de mis particulares himnos&#8230; Por eso fue por lo que decid\u00ed registrar mis caminatas con ese t\u00edtulo (tampoco he sido demasiado original, me temo)&#8230; Pero debo reconocer que ese estribillo ha podido arrastrarme a salir de la cama y ponerme la ropa de deporte en m\u00e1s de una ocasi\u00f3n&#8230; Por eso hoy es un magn\u00edfico d\u00eda para celebrarlo&#8230;
